Prime Rib Village

Prime Rib Village is Jasper's long-established 'authority on prime rib.’ The AAA Alberta beef is aged 21 days and the restaurant is known for its sizzling steaks, BBQ ribs, chicken, and Greek-style lamb chops.

Prime rib roasts are cooked for seven hours to tender, juicy perfection. Hot, homemade Italian bread accompanies meals.

The restaurant offers an extensive menu and serves breakfast and dinner. It also offers a children’s menu.

The restaurant is open from 4pm to 11pm from November to April and from 6:30 to 11 am (buffet breakfast) and 4 pm to midnight during summer months.
